What is being built next for Better Reno, roughly in order. Only the email has a date; the rest comes as it is ready. Everything on the other pages of this tour works today.

1. Email straight from Better RenoFrom 5 Nov 2026

Quotes, variations, orders, invoices, selections, room drawings and invites sent from Better Reno with your own wording, each with the client’s link. Suppliers’ bills forwarded to your own bills address land in the Inbox by themselves.

2. Live connections: Xero, MYOB, Google Calendar and Outlook

Invoices, bills and payments going to Xero or MYOB by themselves (both ways), and your schedule and site visits in Google Calendar or Outlook on your phone. Today they go across by file.

3. Client emails with AI watching, then SMS

A client’s emails land on their job. The AI suggests a summary, a to-do, a schedule change, a variation or an order, and nothing changes until you press Accept. Text messages after that.

4. Sign up yourself, with plans and billing

Sign up on the website and pick a plan. Until then Better Reno is used by invited builders: ask for an invite.

5. Every state’s public holidays

Public holidays and show days worked out for every state, as they are for Queensland today (other states add theirs as days off).

6. A page for clients who refer friends

Your clients see how their referrals are going and the thank-yous they have earned, on a page of their own.

7. The plans and the room designer on a tablet

Bigger handles, two-finger zoom and turn for measuring plans and drawing rooms on site with a tablet.

8. An outside security test

Security specialists from outside try to break into Better Reno before more builders join.

9. An industry price benchmark

If you choose to join in: anonymous averages and ranges of what builders charge, never from fewer than about 10 companies, once there are enough of them.
